Shipping & Returns

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver products to many customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and the local post centers process the orders, which takes 1 - 7 days.

  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from the warehouse to the destination. US orders are shipped by ePacket, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 12 - 20 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. International delivery usually takes about 12-25 days.

RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

    • Returns, refunds, and exchanges are eligible within the first 7 days after receiving the item purchased. A return/exchange will only be authorized if the item is unused and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to authorize the return/exchange/refund.

      All returns and exchanges must be done with the knowledge and consent of Mustang Hunters. Failure to comply does not constitute a proper return and will result in the customer risking forfeiture of the product and right to a refund/return/exchange.The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs incurred. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

      A 20% restocking fee will be applied on all authorized returns.

      No returns will be accepted for custom order items.

    • Refunds
      Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
      If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    • Late or missing refunds
      If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@mustanghunters.com

    • Sale items
      Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

    • Shipping Damages

      Customers are encouraged to open all items as soon as they are received to inspect any shipping-related damages. Damages due to mishandling by customers or installers are not covered and Mustang Hunters will not be responsible for any refund, return or exchange as a result.

    • Return / Exchange Shipping
      We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in transit. If you need to exchange your item, please send us an email at sales@mustanghunters.com.
      To return your product, send us an email with your details and reason for returning the item. We will provide you with a return address to ship the item if applicable.
      Please ship the item with tracking.
      Missing and lost returns will not be refunded.
